Peer Review Process
- The Quarterly Journal of Food Biosciences and Technology is free to reject, accept or modify articles and, if necessary, informs the author or authors of its corrective opinions.
- After receiving the article, it will be reviewed by the editor in chief and editorial board of the Journal of Food Technology and Nutrition. If it is following the criteria of the journal in terms of content and structure, it will be sent to the esteemed reviewers for evaluation. Articles will be reviewed in a double-blind manner, meaning that the authors and the reviewers do not know each other. After the votes of the reviewers and the approval of the editorial board, the result will be notified to the author/authors.
- The author/authors are responsible for the contents, opinions, and ideas in the articles. And the copyright of the articles is reserved for the author/authors.
